TRAINING MODE OF DIGITAL INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING TALENTS

Abstract

The era of digital intelligence has had a profound impact on the cultivation of management accounting talents. This article analyzes the new requirements posed by the digital era for management accounting talents and proposes five approaches to promote the cultivation of digitalized management accounting talents, including curriculum system reform, updating teaching content, reforming teaching methods, strengthening faculty development, and innovating training models.
