A BRIEF REVIEW ON THE LITERATURES OF CONFLICT AND COOPERATION IN ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

This paper reviews the literatures about organizational conflict in the last 30 years. The causes of organizational conflict and its management are discussed in this paper. Finally we suggest directions for future research.
